the moulding and production of rubber items
according to design, to specification and/or according to the
customer's sample, in different geometric and colour variants.
We produce small, medium and large items, using the most varied
elastomeric materials and meeting the strictest
production specifications.
Washers
We produce washers of different sizes, obtained
directly from the mold or by
cutting from a sleeve, guaranteeing restrictive
tolerances on dimensions.
In both cases, you get products of
high quality standard with an excellent
proportion between quality and price.
Sealing rings
They are an evolution of o-rings, which guarantee
sealing, preventing liquids or gases from
escaping from the joints.
We manufacture sealing rings of
various shapes and materials, which can be used
for a wide range of applications, including
engines, pumps, transmissions, household appliances, mechanical
engineering, aviation, shipbuilding, and in the energy industry.
Membranes
Depending on the type of use and the
temperature to which they must withstand, we make
membranes using different types of materials.
Our membranes can only be made of
elastomeric material, with
rubber and cloth reinforcement, with
rubber and PTFE coating. In addition, all of them
can have a metal anchor screw.
Bellows
Cylindrical rubber bellows are used as
protection, as the material with which they are
made is able to withstand contact with greases, oils and chemical
agents, even if completely immersed in them. Their shape also
guarantees durability and resistance over time.
These types of bellows can be used for
many applications, such as tires, lifting
systems, industrial equipment, braking systems.
Filter gaskets
Filter gaskets are essential components to ensure a seal and
prevent the leakage of the product being
filtered.
These seals
withstand extreme pressures and temperatures,
ensuring efficient and safe operation of the filter.
Saucers for coffee machines
We manufacture a wide range of gaskets for the coffee machine sector. These are sub-cups with a high quality standard and comply with FDA food regulations.
Cable
They are used to protect electrical or hydraulic cables in
industrial plants, vehicles, electrical and mechanical equipment, automation
systems.
Cables can be designed to withstand extreme
temperatures, high pressures, chemicals, and other harsh
conditions of use.
Rubber-to-metal co-moulded articles
Steel, brass, aluminium, PVC, PTFE, bakelite are materials on
which the rubber adhesion process takes place
through the preparation of metal inserts with appropriate surface
treatments.
Subsequently, the co-molding takes place in the
press between the rubber and the metal part.
Products for the electronics industry
We produce rubber items useful for
protecting and sealing the joints of electronic
systems.
These products provide
insulation for electrical cables and connectors
of electronic devices, protecting the components themselves from
moisture, dust and other
contamination.
Frames
We design and print insulating frames, customizable in
shape, size, color and material.
They can be used for a variety of applications,
including vehicles, industrial equipment, automation systems,
buildings, and electronic equipment.
Stoppers
We make stoppers of
different shapes, sizes and materials, useful for
sealing and protecting the open parts of pipes,
tanks, containers and other mechanical components.

Special O-Rings
We specialize in the production of special o-rings in terms of dimensions, materials and tolerances.
Standard O-Rings
We produce standard size o-rings, according to British and American standards, using different types of elastomeric materials both standard and compliant with specific regulations.
